Ready73 is a native mobile app for controlling Super73 e-bikes via Bluetooth. This privacy policy explains how Ready73 handles your data and demonstrates our commitment to protecting your privacy.

As developers of Ready73, we believe in complete transparency about how our app functions and what information it does and does not collect. Ready73 has been designed with privacy as a core principle from day one.

Information Collection and Use

Ready73 connects to your Super73 e-bike via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The app is designed to work completely offline and does not require an internet connection or user account.

Data Stored on Your Device Only

The following information is stored locally on your device in the app's private sandbox and is never transmitted anywhere:

• Bike UUID: The Bluetooth identifier of your paired bike for auto-connection
• Bike Name: The name of your bike as shown in the app
• Auto-Apply Settings: Your preferred mode, assist level, and light settings
• Auto-Connect Preference: Whether to automatically reconnect to your bike

All of this data stays on your device, is never uploaded to any server, is deleted when you uninstall the app, and is protected by OS sandboxing.

Required App Store Data

The only data that may be collected is that which is automatically collected by Apple's App Store or Google Play as part of their standard operations, including app crash reports (only if you choose to share them), basic installation metrics, and download statistics. This information is collected by the platform, not by Ready73.

Permissions

Bluetooth

• Purpose: Required to scan for and connect to your Super73 e-bike
• When Requested: On first app launch
• Can Be Revoked: Yes, in device Settings
• Effect of Denial: App cannot function without Bluetooth access

Background Modes

• Purpose: Allows the OS to relaunch the app when your bike connects while the app is closed
• Can Be Disabled: Yes, by disabling auto-connect in app settings

These permissions are used solely for the functionality of the app and not for any data collection purposes.

Children's Privacy

Ready73 does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age. The app does not require user accounts, does not collect personal information, and does not transmit any data over the internet.

Third-Party Services

Ready73 does not use any third-party services, analytics frameworks, or advertising networks. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no social media integrations, no cloud services or backends, and no third-party tracking.

Data Security

Since Ready73 does not collect or transmit any data, there are no servers to breach or network connections to intercept. All data stays on your device and is protected by OS app sandboxing and device-level encryption.

Your Rights and Choices

• Delete Your Data: Uninstall the app to permanently delete all stored data

International Users
